As a busy estate agent, we have tried numerous IT firms over the past 20 years. Cortec was an IT company that just seemed to care. Ten years on, and what a difference. Thoroughly pleasant and decent people to deal with. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
The staff are friendly and helpful and never give the impression that you are calling at the wrong time. I have recommended Cortec to a number of companies and do so in confidence, knowing they treat their customers brilliantly.
The staff are always nothing but helpful and friendly when I call and no matter how silly my question may be they are always happy to talk me through the solution and any technical issues I have experienced have been resolved quickly and efficiently.
Using Cortec as our IT Support company has been one of the best business decisions we have made . They are totally reliable and always on call to provide support and ideas.
I can honestly say in the eight years of my business that you are probably the most reliable, trustworthy and professional company I’ve dealt with, sadly very rare!
