Customer Notice – COVID-19 Outbreak
Due to the ongoing situation surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak, we’re receiving an extremely high volume of requests for remote working. Given that some customers are unable to work until remote working is available, we are working to prioritise these requests alongside any emergency support requests. In this case, emergencies are defined as issues that are causing a significant impact to an organisation’s ability to operate.
Please note that requests for technical assistance on a non-emergency basis or that do not relate to remote working will be queued for attention at the earliest practical opportunity. We are working very diligently to try to ensure that our team can investigate your issue(s) as swiftly as possible, given the circumstances, and will continue to endeavour to do so.
